Order Processing
Giclee prints are custom ordered and processed within 10 - 20 days. To expedite your order, please submit a message to us using the form on the Contact Us page.
Original artwork is available for immediate shipment.
Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of your order and the destination. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Next-Day or Overnight service. International shipments may require special handling, so please submit a message to us using the Contact Us page to arrange for shipments outside the United States.
Local Order Pickup & Delivery
We may be able to hand deliver your order, if you are located in or near Point Richmond, CA. Use the email form or other information on the Contact Us page to arrange to pick up your order or to request hand delivery.
Your satisfaction is important to us!
Jim wants you to enjoy his art as much as he enjoyed creating it. At any time, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a prompt refund or exchange. The purchase price of items returned and received by us within ten days of the delivery date will be refunded in full. All other returns will be credited to your account as an exchange, redeemable on your next purchase. Original shipping and handing charges are not refundable, however, no addtional shipping and handling will be charged for exchanges.
